Our proposal for the restoration, enhancement, development and functional rehabilitation of Chalkida Municipal Market is based on two points: to implement a recovery strategy and to eliminate discontinuities created by topical interventions. The proposal aims to create a local, urban ecosystem, which enhances the experiential relationship of city dwellers with local produce, while simultaneously environmentally enhances the town center.
